Cancellation Policy

All reservation cancellations or modifications require 14 days notice prior to your arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled outside the 14 day window a refund of everything paid less a $25.00 processing fee back to the card which was originally used. If multiple reservations are made under one name a $25.00 processing fee will be applied to each cancelled reservation. If a cancellation or modification is cancelled within 14 days or less of the arrival date, any remaining balances on the reservation will be charged and no refunds or credits will be provided. Unfortunately, even in cases of emergency, refunds or credits will not be issued. Guests who shorten their stay are responsible for the days cancelled if the requisite 14 day notice is not provided.
